Would you live "forever" if you had the option?
	Yes, absolutely. Death will always come too soon.
	Yes, but I woud opt out at some point-- life must end eventually.
	Yes, but not if it meant anything too cyborgy.
	Yes, but I'd worry about the eco-impact of too many immortals and opt out if things got out of hand.
	No, because I'm worried about the eco-impact of too many immortals.
	No, because I don't think I would want to live past 100. Enough is enough.
